Setting up navigation sub-menus

Hi,

Working on setting up the site and I can't seem to get the top navigation to show a list of pages underneath the parent.

I added a "Solutions" link as URI and set it to # and then added a new page called "Why blah blah" as a menu item underneath that. That was also set as a URI.

Am I missing a step?
